  1. Don't stress too much. It seems to be the general concensus that if you shut off at 75 you passed? I shut off at 75 and thought that I was doing so bad they wouldn't let me answer one more question!!! Two days later I found out I was not as dumb as I thought. But how about those questions?? I think I had to guess on 50 of them!!! And I studied very hard! Just wasn't what I was expecting I guess.
  2. I thought when a patient went under hospice care that it superceded any code status they might have had?
  3. People seem to think that patients sleep all night!! They don't!! As above stated, the same stuff happens as does during the day. The huge difference is the commotion is far less, not a million doc's rounding at the same time, sending everyone everywhere. You also don't have the support staff that you have during daylight hours. I have been working nights for almost two years and have gained an incredible amount of experience. Good Luck!
  4. Same here, lab techs draw all blood except central lines. We are NOT allowed to do blood draws at all. You would think it would be a good idea for stats, but?????
