  1. As a kid I always was attracted to nursing. I had relatives in hospital and i liked the way It looked quite interesting watching them doing dressings, injections etc. Its very rewarding to know that you can make a difference to someones life. Its good for a career you can go anywhere if you don't like something you can do something different. People complain about the pay i don't think it's that bad and you'll always have a job.
  2. I have this question Identify and discuss the role, responsibilities and skills required of a registered nurse in providing high quality care for the older person. I just don't know where to start here. What do you think are the main points I should write about in this essay.
  3. This will probably sound like a stupid question but I've just started my first clinical placement in geriatric rehabilitation. We have many patients who aren't very stable on their feet and I'm just wondering what to do when you shower them. Is it okay to take a commode or wheelchair into the shower for them to sit on. I'm just scared in case they fall in the shower.
