  1. So someone with ESBL of sputum, should not be on droplet isolation? I told a charge nurse that the other institution's they are on contact isolation. She argued against and stated only droplet ( they dress out with gown, gloves, and mask for droplet). They seem to think esbl of mucus can be spread by pt touching my scrubs after sneezing....
  2. Bullet Jounal style notes. Take the days lecture and rephrase it into your words! Make a notebook for each subject such as lab values and electrolyte deficiencies, GI, Endocrinology...etc. Use these specific notebooks to have a review of each system by the end of nursing school which can really focus you into areas you are deficient in.
  3. I am bumping this up. I am currently finishing my virtual ATI review that our school requires. The rationale is very bland and incredibly generic, I have done the practice demo for Uworld and was very impressed with the rationale!!! Has uworld helped everyone prepare better?
