  1. I say if your dream is to be a RN, go for it! Don't let ANYONE talk you out of your dreams, you will regret it later.

  3. We started with Histology in A&P I, and it seems like most do. If you have a chapter in your book for that, I would read that chapter. It is the basis for EVERYTHING going forward in A & P. Every system talks about the tissue histology, so getting a good grasp on that would be a good place to start.
  4. I have the Kaplan ones, and barely used them in A&P I, mostly because I found the models to be so different in our lab. I did use them quite a bit in A&P II though. The systems we covered in that class are basically the same as the pictures. I did get an A in both classes. In A&P II we only had to lab tests, which I got a 98% and 103%, and that was using the flashcards quite a bit. Honestly, the thing that I used the most in both classes was a good Anatomy coloring book. I would chose the coloring book over the flashcards.
  5. This weekend I will have the house to myself and no car, so I have no choice but to stay home. I will most likely stay in my pj's most of the weekend and watch movies, read and not even cook :-)
  6. I took a ton of pictures in A&P I & II, which helped A LOT! Especially with the muscles.
  7. As little as possible :-) I only have two weeks off between semesters and my brain needs a break!!
