I spoke to the director on the phone this past Monday from AMN she told they'll be calling ppl soon for interviews with them

Few weeks ago a NYP recruiter asked me if I would be interested in joining the Medsurg Float Pool with their partnering company AMN. I told the recruiter I was interested. On Monday (sept 22) I received a phone call from a rep of AMN. she gave me some info about the upcoming program. This year it with be Full time You'll only be working 12 hours shifts You'll be able to pick the specialty of your choice The orientation will be 2-3 months depending on your specialty But does anyone know when this program actually start?

I received a call today also giving me some details about the program but they've yet to select a date for the start of the program

Hello Guys, I went the July 29th event. I received an email shortly after stating that I'm a strong new grad and will be considered for current and future opportunities. @GoVeg it is not a rejection letter. I received an email approximately 2 hours ago asking if I would like to join the med/surg float program through an agency that they work with as soon as I hear any other update i'll let you guys know.

Goat_boy they sent out a personal email invite and you had 2 dates to choose from July 29 and Aug 15

They had the event posted on their website in March. The first event was Apr 25, the 2nd meet and greet was May 13. I think the director of the program said that was it for this year for the new grad events

I went to the top new grad invites only event on July 29th 2014 meeting with unit managers. i was wondering if anyone who went to any of these event heard back from them since then?

It was similar to the meet and greet however there was significantly less people. There were several units there and I recommend that you go to the ones you're really interested in because you only have about 7 mins at each table. The event lasted only 50 mins
