  1. Michelle, how are you doing? I am looking into this class but I know nothing about it. I saw you are from Texas near Dallas and Houston as well as me. I was wondering if you could email me and help me answer some questions? I saw you passed NCLEX CONGRATULATIONS! I am trying to get there. I was wondering how the program went online, kinda nervous about that. Did you do NCLEX in Maryland or Texas? Any advice for someone looking to do this? Please and thank you. Sincerely email: [email protected]
  2. You should never work for an employer that does not provide a MAR for you to pass you meds. Nor should u pass some ones meds someone else prepared. You allowed the facility to put your license on line for them, and then they turn there back on you like that and try reporting you. That’s horrible you have to be very careful and be able to learn and know the type of DON you are working for. Best of luck to you. You already admitted your mistake now u must do what your lawyer says yes. Because it’s going to fall back on you. They taught you all that and will hold you accountable. Nobody cares about your license but you!!! That’s how you have to think at all times. You worked hard for it. ????
  3. I totally understand I can remember my first early years in LTC and your fresh meat to the veteran CNA’s unfortunately you gotta stand firm and it comes with time and experience, and several different jobs. A lot of management is like that u kinda get thrown out there and it’s sink or swim. But if u can tuff up and learn which battles to fight for, you will be fine. Some people and staff can be just down right mean. Don’t let them discourage you or intimidate you. Keep doing your best, and best of luck to you.
