  1. Hi nurses! I started the nursing program August 2014. So far I have taken the Nursing 353 and Nursing 354 and did very well. I work 36 hours a week as a nurse so it was doeable. I also just finished the English Literature class . There was quite of bit of reading, but if you just put in the effort and read and turn things in on time that class was not bad. I just signed up for my Nursing 406 for January. FYI if you want to save money on your textbooks, just buy them through amazon.com. you can rent them for way cheaper than buying and the return shipping is free, plus you do not get stuck with books that you would never read again. So far I really like the program. The pace is great. My advisor is great at returning my emails when I have questions. Also there is person who contacts you by email and phone to make sure you are doing okay and if you have any concerns or questions they are more than happy to help you out. The fee for my whole program, because I only needed 11 classes was way more affordable than all the schools that I looked into. Currently I think it is $9500 for the whole program . Good luck everyone!!!!!

So far I have gotten accepted into the school and rn to bsn program at jacksonville university. I started the process around end of may and just found today that I was accepted. Fort hayes just accepted me into their school. I want to compare at least 3 schools and see which is the most affordable and the one school the requests the least extra classed to take other than rn classes.
