Should I apply to more than one Nursing Program
I will be finishing my last pre req in the Spring of 2018, once I'm done I will apply to the nursing program (TCC). I've heard that the program usually has a lot of applicants and the space is very limited. Should I apply to other schools in the area?

I am taking A & P I and Microbiology in the Fall and will have A & P II to take in the Spring and I will be ready to apply to the nursing program. Has anyone taken AP I and Microbiology at the same time?

Question about nursing school
I want to know the same thing, I'm also curious about how many classes can I/should I take if working almost full-time.

Summer Classes
I enjoyed the summer courses, I was able to get some 2 classes out of the way fairly easy. I took PSYC 2301 and made an A, the class was very easy. I am currently finishing up Dance Appreciation, the class is easy but the teacher grades very hard. I'm making an A right now with 2 more assignments and one test due, but she is making things too complicated if you ask me.....and yes I would do it again. I am ready for fall, I am taking 3 classes, which is a stretch for me. The most I've taken is 2, since I work full time.

new year resolution
My resolution is to make it through my 1st semester of pre reqs with a 4.0, I work full time & have a very busy life, but I'm fully committed as this is something I've wanted to do for quite some time.

30+ club! Lets do this together.
OMG......this thread has made my day. I'm a 38 y/o single parent of a 10 year old (I have a 21 y/o too but she's grown). I have just decided to fullfill my dream of becoming an RN. I think I'm finally at a point where I can dedicate the time to take some classes. I currently have a fulltime job so I think I will start with 1 or 2 online pre-req courses (I'm leaning towards one just to test the waters) I'm starting from scratch w/no previous college hours. I'm set up to take PYSC-2314 Lifespan & Growth Development to start (summer session) I attended M.A school years ago and have worked in Physician Management (billing credentialing, etc) for over 15 years. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
