  5. The previous post has a point. But I will think of the future, they might not be short of nurses in the future, what if your wants some recognition which will require nurses to be BSN prepared, do you think they will keep you just because? Do you have no desire to grow in your current position? maybe an educator or clinical nurse since you love teaching new grads? All these have to be considered. I completed mine the cheapest way I could because I wanted to advance my career. You have to think of your personal goals. Just my two cents ! Good luck
