Hi, I know this was awhile ago, I just applied to the NICU residency and was wondering if you could give me any insight into the process? Did you go to the meet and greet? Do you have to be invited to it first? How was your peer interview? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

The pharm test is really straightforward. The first part consists of questions about drugs and abbreviations and the second is med math. They don't ask for dosages, just know your basic info about hep, dig, insulin etc. You will do fine!
