Studying for FNP ANCC after baby
Hi all, I graduated FNP program in May and applied for the FNP exam with ANCC over Summer. It took 6 weeks for authorization and I had a csection and new baby shortly after so I wasn’t able to take boards before baby. Now I am juggling a newborn and cramming for this test.... my question is: how did you study and pass? What were the best resources? I used APEA while awaiting authorization but I feel in no way prepared....it’s especially hard with 3 week old baby brain/no sleep thanks in advance!

Thanks, these are good reasons to reference! I know the DNP will be more time later, just don’t see the need for it at this point in my career, you know?

ADVICE HELP - Considering dropping programs from FNP-DNP to MSN-DNP
Hi all, Looking for some advice. My goals are to become and APRN with FNP specialty. Currently BSN prepared & working in a Surgical ICU for about 5 years. I originally started a DNP program at my school (in first semester currently) but I think I want to drop down to the MSN - FNP to make it a year or so quicker to graduation (will probably still ultimately get the DNP). My school wants a paper submitted explaining my rationale??? Thoughts? ANy and all are welcome. Thanks, MX

NCLEX RN on 6/28 and think I Failed
I feel like I am in the same situation.....my test was MOSTLY SATA. I graduated top of my class and felt robbed of a chance during NCLEX-RN. I only had like 15 multiple choice with like 60 SATA and it stopped at 75 yesterday. I walked out crying and haven't stopped since yesterday. The wait is agonizing. I truly believe I failed, but your post is helping me to have hope....aaaaahhhhh

Taking NCLEX in 1 week (July 6th) HELP
Hey guys, I got my ATT yesterday and I scheduled my NCLEX for next week July 6th. I graduated in beginning of May and have been using Kaplan & UWorld to prepare for the past month (and I found the 35 page study guide people have referenced on here lol). Anyone who recently passed, do you have Kaplan QTrainer scores or QBank average that you had before you took NCLEX? Or a UWorld average? I'm high 50s for both so I think I might be fine but if I need to be higher I wana know before I show up and test ahhhh! Any help is appreciated xo

Anyone's applied to the UIC fall 2014 BSN program?
@pearl86 I haven't gotten mine yet aaah! But when I was going to go to UIC freshman year, I paid the tuition deposit online so it's probably still the same now, it's easy like it'll tell you to log into this thing and you just pay it right away
