Nothing yet:( Just the email they sent a few weeks ago about when they would notify about their decisions. I think they mentioned April 21 at the latest if you applied before Jan 15

Does anyone know the due date for the TRU application? I am waiting to hear back from UBC and UNBC before I consider applying but it seems that the schools are taking a bit longer to send out information regarding the applications.

Thank you for this information. What time is the TRU presentation on Friday? I want to apply to TRU, however I also feel terrible to ask my references again. I did email UBC to ask about their approximate time line with interviews/acceptances/declines and I have not heard anything back. If I find out more info I will update!

Wow that seems so quick! It's exciting that there will be more opportunities for the NP Program:). In the meantime I'm still anxiously waiting for some news from UBC and UNBC.....crossing my fingers and toes for everyone!

Has anyone applied to UNBC? I applied for the September intake in addition to UBC. I haven't heard anything back from either school and my status on the UBC application page just states "in progress". How long do they typically take to send out the rejection letters?

Hi there, I applied to UBC and UNBC..... Very anxiously waiting as well. I heard through a friend of mine who graduated from UBC NP Program that they typically get back to you about interviews in February, interview (end of Feb beginning of March) and if successful an offer end of March. If you go to your family doctor, they can give you a lab requisition for blood work and check where your levels are at! And if anything is low or needs to be updated you can have all that done at BCIT I believe!

All the forms that we need to sign, do we just bring them plus the hcp certificate and the fit test to the first day of class? Or do u know if they want them before?

I went in and paid in person and it worked out to be the same amount that is on my bcit! I need to get my book so I can start the pre reading!

Hey stephara!! Very exciting stuff! Apparently we are not to follow the schedule on my bcit since they post everything on the bcit d2l website! We probably won't find out till closer to starting I'm assuming!?! Have you purchased any books yet? Are u going to buy the "not required but recommended" books?

Am I the only one who can't find the facebook page? And where is everyone buying their books? Would you suggest new or used?

Did you guys get a book list? And already tons of reading? Did they send you an email with pre reading to do before the start of the program?

I can't find the facebook group?? What's it named? And yes I believe we need first aid as well! All the info is on the first email we recieved when we were shortlisted.
