I'm not really sure what you're asking me. But to have your license accredited, in the states, you must have went to an accredited nursing school. But if your international, you should speak to the board of nursing of the state you want to work/live ...

As long as you read the rationales thoroughly. Many people said uworld helped. I haven't used it yet nor taken my exam yet. But do think positive. Believe it, think it, and see it. I'm sure you'll do great. Im sending tons of positive energy your way...

I would go with the uworld answer because when dealing with any situation with a patient, you always want to do the least invasive procedures first.
