Congratulations!!!

It was very odd. I struggled with the first section as the questions were so random. A lot of questions were filled in shapes and if this is to this than this is.....type questions. Generic science to specific science and some math. I didn’t pace myself well and ran out of time so missed quite a few questions. The rest of the test wasn’t so bad. It’s not out of of 100 but if I average my scores it was 81%.

Hi laurk, I haven't received anything in the mail but if you go on the website under student services - there is a link for Pre-placement through ParaMed that has info and forms. The only thing I started so far was Vulnerable Sector Screening.

The assessment is just an essay to see which communication class you should be placed in. Relax :) you can't fail. The topic is given when you go but it's usually an argumentative style essay.

Vocational adjustment is a series of general questions that determine if nursing is a good career fit for you. Vocation = career/calling

I received mine on the 17th in MocMotion and the 18th on OCAS. Fingers crossed that yours come soon.

I took early retirement from a 25 year airline career (I'm a very mature student :)). It has been a very long time since my original school days so I went back to Mohawk to refresh my knowledge with the GAS program and to get back in school mode. I did apply to Niagara but they do not accept in progress Pre-reqs. I really wanted Mohawk anyway.

It says on the MocMotion site "Conditional Offer" which was updated yesterday from "no decision".

I believe some acceptances were posted on Mocomotion today. I have a conditional offer pending finishing up one more Pre-req.

Orthonursing, Since I see you applied for Sept. and Jan. if I don't get accepted for Sept. do I have to apply for Jan 2015? What if I'm wait listed for Sept.?

Ours said they wouldn't be released after as well but they were on there so you may want to check Sherdian's internal applicant site just in case :)

I took the Hoae at Mohawk and my results were listed on MocMotion under Test Results on the applicant tab. Good luck to you as well - hopefully acceptances will be soon.

I applied as well. The waiting is horrible. My grades are about an 89 average and HOAE was about 85. How about you?
