I got my class schedule, and I have to echo previous comments.....I LOVE that we have one day off during the week. :) What are you all doing about housing? I hope everyone has joined the facebook group. :)

I just found out that I've been accepted! I'm not sure if I shall be accepting, but I am thrilled for the opportunity. :)

I finally got an email today stating my application is being referred to the admissions committee. So I guess I'll have a decision sometime in May.

It's official. I got in!!!!!!!!!!

From everything I'm seeing on the website... I think I got in! I'm going to wait for confirmation in the mail though..... *crosses fingers*

Thanks LearninginNJ. My concern is that if I express a willingness to apply to this program, Drexel will have less incentive to take me off the wait list for the 11 month program. So I'm undecided about what to do at the moment...

Has anyone received emails regarding financial aid? Is it possible to receive a LOCUS universal ID, but not yet be accepted??

Hey everyone, I don't want to be a Debbie Downer, but after looking at the 2013 forum.... this is what I'm thinking... If you didn't hear by now (myself included), you "probably" won't hear until the first week in May. It seems like last year people who were accepted in the first two weeks of April had until May 1st to make a decision. Then, when more spaces open up due to people declining their offers, NYU sends out another round of acceptance emails. I have no inside knowledge whatsoever. So I may very well be talking nonsense, but I'm so over waiting anxiously every Tuesday and Thursday...

Hi seavi, Thank you for sharing. Alas, this information kind of confirms my suspicions...Including the date you submitted I believe it took 12 business days from the date of your submission to the date you received your acceptance in the mail. Today I'm on business day 22. Yet, it is better to hopefully get a much delayed yes than a quick no. So I'm going to just keep my fingers crossed and look into applying to more schools too. All the best to you when you make a final decision.
