  1. Thanks for the info. Also, congrats and good luck with your interview!
  2. Ah, too bad for me! Do you mean they started calling, or that people have already interviewed?
  3. True, it looks like "Route" is a generic status for UC Davis. But, based on threads about previous application cycles, calls for interviews seem to start happening within a week of the status change. So, I'm taking it as a good sign that things are moving along.
  4. It sounds like those who created a saved search were not notified for this round, which is too bad (I had one created and wasn't notified, but got a heads up from my nursing school while the application was open). I think the only way to be sure to find the application in the future is to check the website daily. Good luck!
  5. I just saw that my application status now says Route. Hoping to hear something soon!
  6. Has anybody heard anything from perinatal?
  7. I interviewed yesterday, and thought it went pretty well. The unit directors were really nice and the training program sounds amazing. Have you interviewed yet?
  8. Uggh, I can't say I like those odds. If I get an interview it'll be like winning the lottery!
  9. I submitted my application today. This is my second time applying- hoping for a better outcome this time around!
  10. For anyone who did a unit tour after your interview, how long did your day end up being(like what time did your interview start and end)? I'm trying to figure out if I should change my return flight...
  11. Not exactly the Bay Area, but according to their website, UC Davis will open their application for their RN Residency program on May 3. Otherwise, it's worth bookmarking the jobs websites of hospitals where you want to work, and checking them every day. Even those that have new grad programs regularly sometimes open them sooner or later than expected. Good luck in your job hunt!
  12. It's so hard to wait! From the flyer sent out by my nursing school: Respective Dates for the program •Applications will be accepted until Monday 4/17/2017 •Interviews and Offers will be conducted between May and end of June 2017 •Start date will be in a large cohort in early October 2017 I also heard a rumor that calls for interviews won't go out until after May 1. But if anyone has an updated timeline, please share!
  13. Hi, I applied to the Perinatal and ICN units. Fingers crossed!
  14. I applied 3/10 for Perinatal and NICU, and my status changed this morning. Hoping it's a good sign!
  15. Thanks @plewis873, apparently I chose Spanish :) I also just received an email from undergrad admissions, apologizing for the confusion. She said if I was admitted for Spring 2015 I'll be switched to my alternate major for Fall. The bad news? She says it probably won't be until next week. The waiting continues...
