thanks for the responses .. i have talked to him & he just tells me what to work on,etc.. i will see if theres help on campus , i havent been in a english class since high school 2011 so i know i need help on somethings..

failing english 101 made C,& 2Ds so far i dont know whats going on with me and these essays... i guess i will retake the class in the summer with a different teacher..i dont know if its me or if its the teacher teaching skills 80% of the class gets a C or D..i do t even know if i can bring my grade up i dont know my average but im sure its a D average..i try so hard writing these essays

Im single mom first time college student i attend community college so my classes start at 9 end at 12 tues,thurs & saturdays .. and i have one online class (math) .. i have my mom to watch my 1 year old while im at school..but it is hard to get things done when u have to watch out for a little one.. i try to do homework/study while shes sleeping.. it is hard though im not going to lie,the only thing that keeps me going is the big prize in the end.. i totally get where your coming from..

if your needing a job bad i suggust maybe getting into a trade at the CC..

if u love helping others you always can be a teacher,or social worker i always had a interest in social working only downfall is you'll have to get your masters to actually do some social work job in my city

okay a advisor told me i couldnt take a&p until i complete my remedial math any truth to that ,or can i just go ahead and add it to my schedule (math,nutrition,gen.psyh& english comp 1) he isnt my advisor for nursing his title on his desk said veteran affairs... lol should i listen & wait or add because i have to take TWO remedial math which mean ill start college math in summer or fall or 2015

do you guys fear that you'll forget everything that you've learned in school ,going into the workforce? i just feel like its so many things to learn & remember that i might forget certain things

can i double major phamacy tech n nursing at southwest ??? would like to do pharmacy pt while in nursing school..

thanks for the insight , i ageee it could be a refresher for the brain the only math that is easy to me geometry lol and i doubt they teach that in college

lol i really was upset because my act score in math was low which is my worst ,weak subject .. hopefully taking it will help with college level math.. i just hate you get no credit & it throws you back a little

did anybody have to take remedial ?classes ill have to take it in math .. just wanted to see was i alone.
