  1. Hi I plan to take my nclex exam in may,I'm currently using, saunders,Kaplan review, and ncsbn,I'm so nervous but i hear nclex its no where near the Saunders, lipinkott, and alternative Kaplan questions,if you get 70 s or above in any of those consistently ,I hear you have a great chance of passing nclex.....good luck everyone, I'm so nervous
  2. The last few weeks of school for me were very challenging ,stressful and scary but I got through it,received my nursing pin April 2nd I guess its normal to be a little nervous, after all when your at the end you have this natural fear that something could go wrong and hold you back from what you've been waiting for ,for so long
  3. ABE makes more sense, how does an appetite elevate bp ,besides it didn't say anything specific about appetite whether the client had one or not
  4. My program was 14 mos all pre reqs are included, labs and simulation,no breaks just for Xmas, our class went hard straight through, don't want to discourage anyone but I don't think I will ever take an accelerated nursing program ever again....too draining
  5. Can't believe its over,I finished LPN school,I'm so proud of myself,I've been out for a little over a week now,now I have to start studying for my nclex, any tips on what will help me pass, also can anyone who has taken the pn nclex give me some tips or ideas on how the test is,is it really as bad as they try to make it?...I was told its not as bad as Kaplan and some of the other reviews they give,I heard our school over prepares you and when you get to nclex its not so bad, someone told me ncsbn is a great resource to help pass the exam first try
  6. Thanku bunches@akulahawk
  7. @PD82 If you ask me I think It was personal, soon as I needed to cut back hours for school they gave me my walking papers, they tried to say it was my attendance though.

  10. Tomorrow is the big day...lpn school starts for me....so many mixed emotions, nervous,excited,scared,happy,etc.....for some reason in the mist of my emotional rollercoaster I feel a huge level of confidence. I no I will do well it's just the fear of the unknown I guess,on top of it all I was fired from my job yesterday. Im not to worried about finances because I have a husband, but I worked in healthcare and felt like actually practicing and learning at work would put me ahead of the game.I can't let that get to me right now I feel god allowed that to happen because he knows I need the time and energy to get through this program.....any suggestions on what to expect, feel free to comment!
