  1. I will pm you and give you the name of the instructor to avoid at all costs. I was warned about him and unfortunately he is who I ended up with and I have a 4.0 so I am not dumb and up until now I was extremely confident in my ability to write a college level essay (I got a 90 on one and 100's on the rest in BIO201), but on my first essay assignment he gave me a 24 out of 100.....more in the pm.
  2. I don't know how the nursing program is but I am starting the NA program and just got my information packet and it says we meet to learn skills for 2 hours at the site we are doing clinicals at and then finish the day with clinicals.
  3. What was the midterm like? I will be starting the class next month.
  4. I will be starting my last semester of pre-reqs next month. I work full time and am a single mom ~ 2 boys. Fortunately all my classes have been online so I have managed pretty well so far. I had to get student loans for 2 semesters. I usually take my textbooks to work with me and spend my lunch hour reading my assignments. The boys usually get to bed by 8:30 and I spend until about 11:30 studying. I also study more on the weekends.
  5. My friend in is the part-time program at GSS and she does her clinicals on Friday and Saturday, 9 hours each day. I think that they do their clinicals after the classes are over, so they are not doing them at the same time.
