  1. just go for it and apply to the schools you want. You got nothing to lose. Worst they can say is no. Don't doubt yourself
  2. I remember reading this post back when I was a couple of semesters into my BSN (4 yrs ago). Remember being terrified of what ppl were posting. Since then, I've gained experience in ICU and will be starting CRNA school in August. Just posting to keep a log of my current state of emotions so that I can look back at this once I start the program. Will let yall know how things are going in a few months/years.
  3. whats up guys. Gonna be a fun 3 yrs. SO im looking to rent a home instead of apartment. Any idea of good areas and price. Looked at chapel hill and its out of my price range.
  4. So out of curiosity, and if you don't mind, posting how much loans you had to take out for CRNA school and expenses. I calculated my and it will be well over 150k. Just a little intimated and seeing if that number is normal.

  11. Could yall elaborate on the interview process. I just recently applied for the second session. of interviews. What kind of questions did they ask? As in whether it was get to know you or clinical or mixture. Is the interview an all day event or just a quick in and out? Just curious
  12. I have received my confirmation email for an interview a few weeks ago. Im scheduled for for 1/15. Anyone else going or have heard anything about the interview process. My understanding is that they are asking more of get to know you questions.
  13. hey how are yall doing? Im from GA but I currently reside in another state. I wanna go back to school that will be closer to my hometown so i found a few schools in the surrounding states such as TN, AL or NC. They have reputable schools. And they are only a few hours from Atl.

  17. Got my offer letter and instructions on first start date
  18. I talked to Kristi and she told me that my OH can't be scheduled for more than 30 days from my start date so there's no hurry. She also mentioned how she's really busy.
  19. Got my reference mid las week. Nothing on the formal letter or occupational health yet. The assistant told me she would contact me soon

  24. I just sent my 72 hr , cpr and conflict of interest paperwork in Friday. I completed the prove it exam and did the the survey about my immunizations and stuff. Still haven't got a schedule for occupational health yet
