  1. Yeah. That prerequisite could have moved a lot of people to the Aug cohort. I am finishing up Pathophysiology now. Well either way we will have a good group of students. Even if it is 10 people, my prayer is that we all encourage each other, work well together, and be a strong class. I feel the number and size does not matter it is the substance we each bring to the class and group. See all of you soon
  2. For anyone still looking for apartments try checking out this website that I found... I hope it helps. College of Mount St. Joseph Apartments For Rent - Riverside, Cincinnati, Ohio
  3. I was wondering has anyone heard of a dress code or anything for orientation or the program? Thanks.
  4. I am still currently searching for a place as well. I hopefully will have something finalized really soon. I still can't believe that there are only 10 students for this program. Do you think it is because of the summer and most people were moved to Jan and Aug? I agree with you melornew the winters can make that 40 minute drive turn into 1-2 hours easily. It will be an interesting orientation with only 10 students. The day will probably go by really fast.
  5. Does anyone have an idea of how many people are in our class May 2014 cohort? It seems like we are all getting that exciting feeling. Also it will be interesting to see everyone coming from all the different states. I pray everyone has gotten things together as much as possible and that each of you have safe travels in your commutes to Cincinnati, Ohio. May 12 is fast approaching for orientation. See you soon.
  6. To all of our May 2014 accepted students, the time is fast approaching for us to start. This is going to be an amazing experience. Can't wait to meet all of you.
  7. Congrats Lucy41585!!! I am so happy for you. I did not get anything in the mail today but I know I will be accepted where God wants me to be.
  8. Has anyone heard any thing from Pre-Specialty Women's Health/Adult Gerontological Nurse Practitioner Program? Did they interview? I have not heard any thing and just wanted an update. Thanks.
  9. Hello. I wanted to know if anyone has heard anything from the Women's Health/Adult-Gerontological Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program for 2014? Are they requiring interviews? Do they get a lot of applicants, if so how many do they accept a year? If anyone is in the program how is the schedule and intensity of the program? Well I wish everyone luck and much success. Thank you in advance for answering any of my questions.
  10. I am looking to relocate around the same time but it might be before April if I find a job. I am going to look at those apartments.
  11. Hey Steve7am and Angelj11, When is everyone looking to relocate? What apartments look good and safe to stay near the campus?
  12. Hello All I wanted to ask are most of you (applicants) from the area, former students of UAB, or outside of the Alabama area? I wanted to know if they gave more preference to residents, alumni, or just accepted based on stats? Thank you in advance for your answers. I wish all of you the best of luck and success.
  13. Hello All I wanted to ask are most of you (applicants) from the area, former students of Samford University, or outside of the Alabama area? 14. Hey angelj11 I responded to your message. Glad you are starting with me in May.
  15. Hello Steve7am I got my health forms/physical assessment papers. Other than that nothing. Have you found housing or do you already live in the area? I am looking for a place. You can see my about post about the person to contact for health forms. See you in May.
