Mrs x is 55 year old female patient came to ER escorted by the EMT staff and with history uncontrolled DM, initial assessment revealed stuporous level of consciousness, decreased blood pressure, tachycardia , rapid respiratory rate (tachypnea) . on examination : she displayed flushed face , fruity odor comes out with her breath , vs:BP 90/63 P:129 , RR 32 , T 37.8 , the urine bag contained 2000 cc within last 4 hours , her RBS was 600 mg/dl . Question : based on biochemical basis explain the pathophysiology of the presenting S&S describe the appropriate emergency nursing intervention ? ........... this is the case that I should solve as assignment How I can diagnose the disease or problem to solve the question .
