  1. To yda, podeng and drandreb: I also received that bulk mail dated Oct. 17 (took NCLEX last Oct 3 in Makati). Got my official result by snail mail from CA BON last Oct. 24 and I passed. https://allnurses.com/forums/f75/bulk-message-nclexsurvey-ncsbn-org-261562-2.html Congrats to all of us!!! :balloons:
  2. Hi! I also received that kind of bulk mail with the same subject nclex survey. I took the NCLEX (CA BON) in Makati last Oct. 03. I received the bulk mail from NCSBN congratulating me for passing the NCLEX exam last Oct. 17 (exactly 2 weeks from the date of my exam). I was also bothered with their letter but it was so clear because in the first place , why will they congratulate me if I failed the exam. But I also waited for the official result from snail mail and was able to received the mail last Oct. 24 (3 weeks from the date of my exam). Just wait for it..some can take up to 2 months because of our mailing system here. Keep me posted! But I still want to congratulate you!
  3. Hi! Thank you so much for your reply. I just finished talking to Pearson when I saw your message...and knowing that there's someone who has the same situation as mine who was able to take the exam is a big relief from me. Actually it made me worried this morning when I called Pearson (the toll free number in the Phil)..he gave me another number to call so I can talk to someone directly from Pearson. At first, he hold me in the line for awhile..and verified it first and after that he said that just go take the exam and bring my new passport. He even said "Goodluck". Thanks again.
  4. Hi! I just want to ask if there's anyone here who were able to get the machine readable passport here in the Philippines. I just received mine and my problem is that there's no space there for my signature. I know there's someone who were not able to sit for the test because she forgot to sign her passport. What do I do? I called the DFA and they said that there's really no space there for the signature. Pls advice. My exam is next month.
  5. NCSBN will begin NCLEX testing in Manila, the capital city of the Philippines, at the international Pearson Professional Center on Aug. 23, 2007. Scheduling for examination appointments will begin on July 13, 2007. Contact: Dawn M. Kappel Director of Marketing and Communications 312.525.3667 direct 312.279.1034 fax [email protected] FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE CHICAGO - The National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN) will begin NCLEX testing in Manila, the capital city of the Philippines, at the international Pearson Professional Center on Aug. 23, 2007. Scheduling for examination appointments will begin on July 13, 2007. The Manila site was chosen in February by the NCSBN Board of Directors because of the deep commitment shown by the Philippine government to ensuring a secure test center. The placement of a test site in the Philippines will allow for greater customer service to nurses without compromising the goal of safeguarding the public health, safety and welfare of patients in the U.S. Intended for the purposes of domestic nurse licensure in U.S. states and territories, all security policies and procedures currently used to administer the NCLEX examination domestically will be fully implemented at this new site. Administration of the NCLEX examination abroad does not contradict or circumvent any current board of nursing process or requirement. All international candidates are required to apply to the board of nursing in the state or territory where they wish to be licensed before registering for the NCLEX examination. The NCLEX examination fee for all candidates is $200. Candidates who elect to take the NCLEX at an international site pay an additional $150 when they schedule their examination. State and territorial NCLEX examination fees remain at their current levels and are not being used to subsidize the international testing initiative. Offered abroad since January 2005, the current international sites for NCLEX examinations are in London, England; Hong Kong; Sydney, Australia; Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver, Canada; Frankfurt, Germany; Mumbai, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai, India; Mexico City, Mexico; Taipei, Taiwan; and Chiyoda-ku and Yokohama, Japan. The National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN) is a not-for-profit organization whose membership comprises the boards of nursing in the 50 states, the District of Columbia and four U.S. territories. Mission: The National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), composed of Member Boards, provides leadership to advance regulatory excellence for public protection. ### Media inquiries may be directed to the contact listed above. 6. Any update on when nclex will start here in Philippines?
  7. If you are travelling in a group of 4..you can consider Disneyland Hollywood Hotel. It's HKD1,200 for a regular season. You'll be spending only HKD300 per day for your Hotel unlike in other hotels that ranges from HKD700-850 but only 2 persons are allowed in one room.
  8. Anybody here taking the exam on the first week of June?
  9. Thanks for your reply. I might take it first week of June. I'm already registered in Pearson but no schedule yet. I'm planning to take an online review. Do you have any friends with you during your exam?
  10. Anyone taking the exam on June in Hongkong?
