    I graduated 2009 in the PH too. And didn't get the eligibility to take the exam. I tried to apply for LVN exam and just got my eligibility. I heard you can try Texas or Nevada. I'm thinking of trying to take the exam in Texas either but since I just got my eligibility for lvN, ill pursue this first while waiting for my Rn.
