  1. Prehospital would be my personal preference but ED and critical care would suit me
  2. I will concur with most of the rest of the people who commented. You won't really learn the material if your mind is not focused. If you can manage it, take a short break, 5-15 minutes, and do something else. Something physical. Forcing your brain to keep going simply won't help you, you won't retain the information. In the end, you'll simply have to keep re studying the information over and over, costing you valuable time
