    It should have nothing to do with the new cir. I have been with excelsior several years and as long as I pay my yearly dues I am ok. I have just started back because of different situations. I do have a question with the new cir. are the examines the same? Also are the 100 things to know still helpful and does anyone have them for NC3 and up? Thanks Barblou
