  1. Haha! Get used to it. I've had math tests on the first day of clinical and I completed 8 different rotations when I was in nursing school. U should be studying at least ready b4 classes start anyways if you can. Trust me... Good luck ?
  2. I think this is a great q. My teachers have actually yelled at students who auscultate through shirts or gowns. If its a larger breasted woman, just kindly tell her "I'm gonna listen to your heart or lungs" and proceed. Most people don't have an issue with you touching them after you warn them nicely... Good luck
  3. I have to remember this...thanks and congrats!!!!!
  4. Ooo yes and I agree use ur book. Find out what ur teacher thinks will be a great help also.
  5. Use cliff notes. I used it about 4 years ago and it was great. Quick easy review. Plus it's really cheap on amazon
  6. Hi!!!! I just actually finished my undergrad at ru college of nursing (yayy me!) Very challenging competetitive program but very worth ur time if interested. They are very strict about failing. I know people who didn't make it, either because they didn't take it serious or simply just couldn't get it together in time. I loved it though. Made lots of great friends. Faculty is great especially the clinical faculty. If u get in take it serious from the gate so u dont have any regrets and if u don't get in dont give up!!!! If there is a will there is always a way!!! Good luck. I just graduated from ru con. Loved it. Enjoy ?
