  1. Hi, It comes in 5 pages. 1st page is full of instructions. 5th page is for the nursing school to fill in and they have to attach a transcript copy.
  2. Hi, Good luck in your process. I was trained in India in 1996. Now I am working in the U.k. Because I am a male I didn't have maternity training. But I had training in all other areas. I am planning to go to U.S. for few years, If Maternity is not a problem. Thank you.
  3. Hi, This Forum has been very useful. I would like to know anyone who applied to U.S without any maternity training. Is anyone has been asked to do further training in Maternity after their CES or CVS evaluation?
  4. Hi Suzanne, I am a male nurse, i didn't have obstetrics lessons. Will it affect my eligibilty to sit for NCLEX? But i have some OBS experience whilst i was in the community. Thank you.
