  1. Hmm....I have a feeling there is more to the story here....
  2. I think that they would expect all applicants to apply for more positions. I do not feel that there is anything wrong with stating you are applying for other positions. It makes you seem not desperate...and trust me, they have all been there!
  3. NEVER pass the poop! Would make me wonder what else you are neglecting... Lesson learned- apologize and move on, and never pass the poop, puke or **** again
  4. I like my 12's, but I am only a .6 so I get many days off which makes it worth wild! I think that it would be tuff if I were full time.
  5. Start looking for a new job ASAP! I felt the same way at my first job. ( was LTC) I was always stressed out and started to wonder if I made the wrong decision by becoming a nurse. got a new job a hospital and am much happier!!
  6. I was an LPN for 3 year and now an RN for 13 months- I have been on a busy Med/Surg floor for about 6 months. All of my co- workers are awesome and I had a great preceptor. I had a great review after my probation period- but when will I quit feeling like a dumbass!? I know there is so much to learn with experience, but I go home after a shift and think about things I missed or could have done different. I worry about a missed critical lab, sign or symptoms...ugh... is this normal?
