I failed to mention I had an arrest record on my license application. As I was filling out the application, to my ignorance I thought I only had to report convictions. I took boards July 21..passed and about a month later got a letter from boards saying I had not disclosed a juvenile arrest record and an arrest from when I was 19 so I was disbarred from practicing. I sent in all proper paperwork in August(court records..ect). In early Sept. I was told I was being reviewed by a board member and now early Oct I'm told my case has been sent to a board manager. I'm so distaught. All through out nursing school background checks were given and I was never informed to make sure I disclose my arrest record to boards. Any one else in this situation or was can shed some light? How long is this process? TIA

I just got accepted into the nursing program after years of hard work and dedication. I haven't been to orientation but I hear there is a math test after each class is finish. Can someone explain please. Also can someone explain what nurse lab consist of? I know each school is different but I would like a general idea. Thank you.
