  1. I did the graduate nurse program last year. I believe the jobs you see are for May graduates...even though they are hiring now. If you get accepted as GNI you spend 3-6 months (depending on the floor) training until you are on your own. For the first couple months, each week you have a mixture of working on your floor along with taking required classes. After the classes are over, then you just spend the rest of your internship being trained on the floor until you are ready to work on your own for that department.
  2. If you don't mind me asking how well did you do on the Hurst Q Tests?
