I am on the same boat. According to the letter, we need to resend the application and wait for the BOard to process and once get their approval, we can pay for Pearson and schedule exam. But I don't know how long it takes. Still waiting. No need for livescan and transcript, need to pay $150 application fee.

Yes, Tseng. The orientation is for new transfers. I reserved a seat. I dont know why most seats have been taken, (from Aug.21 to Aug.29). My dates Aug. 27, which Sid kind of late, but I have nothing to do about it. My friend told me that probably because of my last name is Wang. I have no idea, just wait until late Augest.

Did anyone sign for the new student orientation? By the time I got my email, why there are only 2 days to choose from???

Ok, it is possible that u get the offer in July, because some schools give offers at a very late time, like CSUSB.Students might give away their offer at that time. Don't worry, I will let u know when I go to CSULA next time, and if u have questions, just let me know, I can ask.---------------- is good at replying emails, (from previous experiences). Be patient.

I think u'd better call the office to ask whether they got enough students or not;but the physical tests package has not been sent yet, probably they are still waiting for responses. I heard that students on the wait list probably won't get a refuse letter even they have enough students.

Hi, guys, I read the student handbook, it says we need to buy our personal health insurance. Where can I buy it, as cheap as possible? Since i don't think I have medication problems. Do you have any suggestions for the insurance? Thanks!

Thank you, mkaur, i just found it that cal st la has it, but I took it already(paid high, eh.....).I just wanna let it get out of my way ASAP. Anyway, I will take it in cal st la when I renew it in two years.
