  1. I hope that happens for both of us then! I just didn't want you checking over and over and nothing coming up! Its the weekend and i'm doing the same thing! I took mine this morning and it cut off at 75 questions. I'm ready to get the results. I'm in Texas
  2. Congratulations on your passing!!! That is amazing and shows what strength and resilience you have to keep pushing forward. You are a strong and smart person!!!!! If you are ever going through a rough time remember the day you learned you passed, you have the strength to keep pushing forward! Congrats RN!
  3. I know you don't want to hear this, but since I am taking my NCLEX tomorrow I am about to know how you feel. It is not 48 hours, it is 48 business hours, so weekends and past 5pm don't count. I'm sorry! I just didn't want you to keep checking when it wont be available. I am sure you passed! Try to relax if you can!!!!
  4. I graduate in May as well, and I already received a job in the ER last month. I was the first in my class to get a job, but from my experience here in Texas, most people graduating this may started applying in January. The residency program I got into starts in June, so I have some time off, I would apply and then tell them when you can start so you can give yourself a break.
  5. Stephanie, if you have already taken the classes then you wont have to take them again, as long as they transfer. I do not know anything about your school in specific, but most RN schools are competitive. I would call the secretary of the RN program there and schedule a time to meet. That is your best bet to make sure you will have everything done. Oh and don't forget to bring your transcripts!
  6. Yeah I take my med surge mastery tomorrow and my predictor in 2 weeks, Im nervous and ready to be done!
  7. I am currently doing ATI and hate it, our school makes us take this course. Everyone that I have talked to that has already passed said it is a complete waste of time. Most of my friends ahead of me passed with less than 80 questions. They said NCLEX was easier than ATI, and they hated it. Most people I know used Hurst and loved it. I hope you do well! Just remember ATI does not match up to NCLEX because it isn't NCLEX. nothing will be exactly like it until you take the test. Good Luck!
  8. If I were you I would go ahead and get the Littman master cardiology stethoscope I have this one and it works absolutely wonderfully! Plus the website I got it from will engrave it for free so hopefully no one will take it! I had a cheap one at first and then bought this one and am so glad i did. Plus it has what your retired nurse was saying to get, here is where I got mine they have quite a few colors. 3M Littmann Master Cardiology Stethoscope: Caribbean Blue 2178
