Anybody who says they haven't made a mistake is normally lying, told to me by matron when I have the wrong patient beta blocker, the embarrassment will go away, in the lineup you should declare it's you seeing as though they already know, explain what happens how they mistake came to be and explain also how you feel, it's a learning experience for you all.
