I took mine the 2ND time & I passed. I say know your content and lots of questions & know why you ans the question. I used Saunders,nclex 4000 & did Hurst review.

@ AlexisAndrea ur practice score dose not really matter just know ur content. I agree with her use Saunders for me i average 75-85% but i fail becos i was nervous n rushed my real exams. So i would say know ur content.

C is d answer My rational is......... A. U can not double a does of meds without Dr's order B. Meds with wine is contraindicated C. Routing stress is not anxiety CORRECT D. The drug is antianxiety meds panic attack is a stage of anxiety

Between Hurst review and kapan which is the best review class for content in nclex RN?

Does anyone know d best book to use for SATA? Took my nclex it shut down at 80 i think i had about 40 sata i am really freaking out.

I hope nclex is not as difficult as kaplan cos i prefer Saunders & Nclex 4000

Hi everyone i am so nervous i am taking my Nclex on Monday April 15. I have been using Saunders & Nclex 4000 for my review and my test score ranges between 75%-85% wondering if that is good enough to prepared me for d real exams. Pls i need response.
