Hi there, I hope some one is still active in this thread. I had my permanent rn license in the state of hawaii and endorsed it to Nevada. Nevada issued me a temporary RN license and wants me to submit OTR, RLE, proof of license in the Philippines and english proficiency exam. I just submitted the requirements yesterday. I just want to know if did they issue you a permanent RN license? How long did you wait for their response. Thank you very much..
