i am a certified medical assistant and have been working for kaise for a while now...

totally confused about that. I got accepted at Chabot nursing program in Hayward and dont know if i should accept them instead of ccsf... confused

i will be working... I cut down my hours to 20/week so i can have some time to study. i am working at kaiser as a medical assistant. Did you get into the program?

i don't think I am since I have to work this summer

do you guys know anything about Chabot College, how is it compared to CCSF. I just got an acceptance letter Chabot and not sure.

it was ok... alot of info, i was kinda scared at the end since all they talked about was how hard and intense the program is. They gave me hope that CCSF was not closing down. They gave us the first 2 weeks of assignment and believe it or not Exam 1 is on the 2nd week. But all in all just basic info of what to expect and the things we need before we start. I hope you guys get in spring. good luck!!

i was supposed to start Spring 14' but was called in for fall 13' and I took it. I am going to the orientation on may 16th. looks like there are spots for people on the waiting list. hope you guys get in

do you guys know what story is about CCSF not being able to get their accreditation? kinda worried about it.

volleygirl, i took it directly at ATI April 6th 2013 i got an email that they sent it to CCSF, when i called them to make sure they got it they wouldnt give me a straight yes or no. i am going to stop by at their office Friday.

Do you guys know how to post TEAS V transcript to CCSF. ATI said they will send CCSF a copy but when i called CCSF today they said that they only accept electronic copy of the TEAS score.

my coworkers gave me some books that they used last year but i havent looked at it yet... not sure if they changed books, i am going to wait to get my orientation date to find out about books. we still have a few more months, depending when we start to go through stuff.
