Hey! From what I recall from an info session I attended, MSN FT can be from 5-6 semesters, while DNP FT can be from 9-11 semesters. It all depends on the concentration.

Hi Kdomi005, I recently attended a nursing open house where current Nursing 1 students shared that classes for their first semester are: Lectures on M/W from 9a-1230p Lab on T/TH from 9a-4p Then there is an additional 4 hours required for lab practice. Can't recall at the moment the precise term used for these hours. These hours are completed on your own time. Some of the students that were present shared that they worked part time - anywhere from 16-25 hours per week. Hope this helps!

I only scored a 76 on the teas. I finished my last pre req in 2003 - went on to get my bachelors in health admin - and went that route for a career. I've always wanted to be a nurse, so I'm praying that God sees fit to see me in a program. Don't fret! You have great stats!

I applied! Bummed that my teas score as well wasn't high enough to attempt acceptance for the concurrent. Hopefully we do not have much longer to wait.
