  1. Of course! Let me know :)
  2. Hi everyone, congratulations to those of you that were accepted to USF! I'm currently in the accelerated nursing program and I graduate this summer (woohooo!!) I have ALL the books that you will need for the program and I won't be needing them after this semester. I spent $1800 in books and software/uniforms, etc in the first semester alone and I'm willing to sell my books at a good price :) Let me know if you're interested and I can get them to you before the summer semester starts.
  3. JenB1187 I just wanted to clarify, the $900 would be divided by 2 lol so It'd be $450 each :)
  4. Hi everyone I got accepted as well :) I'm excited for orientation on Friday and to find out where I'll be placed for clinicals. Is anyone looking for housing? I have a place but I'm looking for a roommate. Rent would be $450 + utilities.
  5. Hey JenB1187 I just signed a lease for a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo. I'm moving in mid April. It's furnished and rent is $900 per month plus utilities. It's in New Tampa 6.5 miles from USF in a nice area that's gated with an alarm. Are you in the accelerated program as well? Feel free to email me if you're interested in seeing pictures :) [email protected]
  6. I got accepted to the accelerated program as well. Is anyone looking for housing? I could use a roommate
  7. Hello everyone, I was accepted to the accelerated program at USF starting in May. Is anyone looking for housing?
  8. I got accepted to as well :) I can't wait to meet everyone!!
  9. Is that the correct email or should it be at gmail.com?
  10. Aubrey1603 I'm not very familiar with the area either, I was only out there for a couple days for the interview. I'll be moving to Jacksonville from California and I already have a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo reserved to move into at the end of April, I'm just looking for a roommate (preferrably someone in the nursing program) who is a female. Rent is $550 a month plus utilities and I have pictures that I can email to anyone who is interested. The first person who commits can rent the spare bedroom :) It has its own walk in closet and attached bathroom
  11. jct2488 I just sent you an email with pictures. Let me know what you think.
  12. jct2488 I'm in the process of renting a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo beginning at the end of April. it's 6.4 miles away from UNF in a nice gated community. It has an alarm system and washer dryer in unit as well as a fire place and each bedroom has a walk in closet as well as a bathroom attached to each bedroom. The deposit is $550 and rent is $550 per month +utilities. The owners don't allow pets and there's no smoking. It's over 1,400 square feet...let me know if that's something you would be interested in. I should know by the end of the week if I get it :)
  13. Hello all, I applied for the accelerated program and was declined. I was wondering what everyones TEAS scores and GPA were? I felt like mine were competitive but I was denied...
  14. I applied for UCFs accelerated nursing program and was very frustrated by the process. I hate that they require you to have a backgrpund check before decisions are made. I'm an out of state applicant and the process was VERY unclear. I ended up doing everything (sending transcripts, TEAS scores, fingerprints, petitioned classes, etc.) but missed the step to register for a background check, so I was declined. Needless to say I was VERY frustrated. UCF should make the steps more clear. I feel like I wasted a lot of time and money...
  15. Do you know if we're suppose to hear via email or snail mail?
