I am not sure what is normal to start applying for jobs, but I graduate in May and started applying now just to get my name out there. I actually got a call back and am asked to interview in a couple weeks but I hope they know that I don't graduate until May! I also talked to a Regions Nursing Manager and she said to wait until license is in hand. That is a little too close for comfort to me but I mean whatever works!

Hey everyone! I just got called to interview for a position in L&D at Fairview Ridges in Burnsville, Minnesota as a new grad, and I am wondering how much the starting pay is and the night differential? Thanks!
