  1. That`s why most of the nurses who went there had experienced difficulties financially because they still have to pay back all the expenses , the agencies had spent for them . And truly most the agencies took advantage of that , because they know that Filipinos were very much willing to go there in whatever means it would stake ...
  2. :angryfire I agree with you , you really cannot avoid that kind of environment , in every work place you can always find somebody whose always looking for somebodys mistakes without looking how themselves also worked . I just observed that those who are doing that , are those staff who were just covering their shortcomings .
  3. im so sorry about what happened to your sister , I would just pray that it would not affect her that much as what you were discussing about the possibility of affecting her liver , the most important thing for her now is to have a psychological support from her family especially to you as her sister , maybe during those time nobody besides her to give her strength, whatever would be the result of it give her more support and give her an assurance that she can always count on you ...
  4. You know here in the place where I am working with right now , that issue of multiple marriages is not a big deal . Because it is already a part of their culture to marry as many as they can provided that they will be able to support all their wives . And they are all fair with all the wives , whatever the husband gave to the first wife he should as well give to the second or third wives . I think its better for you to use the term FIRST WIFE OR SECOND WIFE . It is according who is the first in his life , eventhough the husband is still living with both .
  5. I just agreed to the sympathy of all regarding your experienced . Nurses are not perfect , because of long hours of work , we are all prone to commit mistakes . And you should not really admit that you committed mistakes , that admittance gave them an idea to sue you. If you are certain that you really wrote the right meds , someone else gave them wrong medication. In the facility where i am working with d/c prescriptions should be written by the attending physician itself because they are the only one can transcribed the correct medications for the patients , and in some intances the doctors hand writing were sometimes difficult to read . If we encounter that kind of handwriting , we would call second party to read for us or else verify to the prescribing physician so we are not a sole responsible for the mistakes. We need to be extra careful in all the steps we need to do , espacially if your license as an RN will be at stake . Just imagine , you studied for so many years , spent a lot of money to finished that course , get years of experienced then suddenly with just a simple mistakes , youre life will be at mess . HOW UNFAIR IT IS FOR US ...
