Kerri076: I was asked mostly behavioral questions like "tell me about a time you had a difficult patient" and a few clinical questions like "how would you take care of a heart failure patient". Hope that helps! The interviews were pretty straight forward.

@lint8929: I had no prior RN experience and there were about 400 external superusers hired (most of them were new grad nurses).

@lint8929: To become a superuser at UCLA, you had to be a new grad with a BSN and computer charting/customer service experience was preferred. I found the job posting on the UCLA career website and it was a great learning experience! Many superusers were hired into UCLA's Residency program because we were considered "internals" and had experience with their new computer charting system.

Has anyone received the official offer letter yet from HR?

Omg that peer pressure question threw me off too!! And it was the first question! My interview was okay..don't feel too great about it. The lady I interviewed with said they will be notifying us in a couple days if we're chosen for the next round of interviews. Did they give any of you a specific date?

Hi everyone! I also had a phone interview on April 5th and the lady I spoke to said they will be notifying us early this week if we are invited to the in-person interview. She also mentioned that they're going to be hiring around 50-100 new grads!

I was a super user at UCLA and the Spring new grad program is only open to internals

What did the email say?? I had my second interview also but haven't heard anything from HR
