  1. I'm actually right there with you, Bre! I've heard wonderful things about gtown and whc, and financially it's an awesome deal. I'll honestly probably end up committing to do it... but as the euphoria and excitement of getting everything is slightly wearing off, I'm starting to get cold feet. Sorry I can't help more with penn state stuff... But you're not alone!
  2. I actually rescheduled a dentist appointment this afternoon so between the commute and the appointment, I'd have a solid two hours this afternoon where I couldn't watch my email... Stay strong everyone :)
  3. I couldnt agree more!!! I have literally just watched my email all day (I swear living social has increased their messages 10 fold today! sick joke!!). It seems like we all took "a couple days after the 15th" quite literally! GAHHH!
  4. I'm trying not to find a reason to call the admissions dept and ask them when the decisions are coming out!! I know I know... jumping the gun! Now just to busy myself for the week!
  5. Just to clarify-- is the tuition 83,434 for the entire 15 month program or is that just one academic year? Thanks!
  6. Yep! That is what we were told at the first info session too...sometime during the week of the 15th :)
  7. Hey everyone! I was curious if anyone had the L&D nurse's (Sue),email or know where I can find it? I wanted to ask her a question since I interviewed with her and all her business cards were out by the time I got to grabbing one! Thanks!! As for housing, just to second and third what everyone has said, Georgetown is expensive (and I would be shocked if you could do it for what they included in the cost of living budget!) I currently live over on Capitol Hill on the Red Line. It is super close to WHC (bus right off of H St. NE to the hospital, lots of restaurants and bars for when you come up from air :) and all the basic necessities like banks, grocery stores, transportation etc). But Columbia Heights is also a cheaper area if you get lucky. As for VA, i wouldnt go much farther than Arlington. Good luck everyone and it was great meeting you all!! Morgan
  8. Hey all!! I am coming from work so I may or may not be able to make it to Epicurean! But if I do, I'm the brown haired girl in a yellow skirt... If you spot me wandering around looking for the group, snag me!! Looking forward to meeting you all! Morgan
  9. Hey just thought I would check... (if you guys don't mind :) ) about how long your essay was? I know they said 1000 word max, but did you guys use all of that? I know, probably a silly, nit picky question, but its all the nerves!!! Sounds like I'll meet a lot of you on the 5th or 6th!
  10. I am thinking April 5th for Gtown and April 6th for WHC! Any ideas on attire for both? I am assuming the 6th is interview attire...?
  11. Just got the email about school visits and WHC!
  12. Got in too! Best of luck everyone!!
