Thinking of quitting with only 4 months to go because of clinical anxiety
Hi, I know exactly what your going through.. I had those same fears 3 yrs ago during clinicals. The only thing that got me through was the Lord. I am a Christian an I prayed an read his word. I had others praying as well. I will pray for you too. Hang in there, you have excellent grades! If I can do it, TRUST me,,, anyone can....lol ----- I was a wreck!! Again, the Lord is the answer. :) :Melody:

Charge nurse trouble - need to vent!
Hi, You are indeed in such a stressful situation. I will pray for you an the entire staff. Teamwork is such a big part of keeping everything running smoothly. Strife an confusion in any place is not good. It sounds like the facility needs to hire another nurse but we all realize how that goes. You have way too much on your hands, but your reward awaits you. God sees your hard work and dedication. Psalm 119: 1, 2 Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the Lord. Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart. :) :balloons:

job hunting
Miami Valley in Dayton still hires LPNs an has a nice orientation program available from what I saw online. What area are you from in Ohio? I would like to chat with you. I am around Dayton/Cincinnati. I have thought of going to college for RN fast track? I have checked out online as well, you can go at your own pace an then take your clinicals one or two days a week. What do you have in mind? Thanks! :)
