Im an RN moving to the UK.. i want to work for an agency but there are SO many to choose from. Can anyone recommend a few? maybe some with the best pay rates? Im also looking for flexibility so I can travel when I wish. Would be greatly appreciated :)

i started a thread in the graduate nurses forum, but just incase noone sees it : I will be finished my nursing degree in december and I'm wanting to move to Ireland at the beginning of next year. I know i have to apply with the Irish Nurses board, but does anyone know if they will accept me with little experience, and if hospitals in Ireland will take overseas nurses for post-grad programs? any info would be really appreciated :) .. i'm a little stuck
