I purchased the study guide from ATI and purchased two practice test on thier websites. Please study the science the test is challenging. I studied about a month. But if you study you should be fine. Protons, nuetrons, scientific method, photosynthesis etc....Good Luck! and hope to see us both in class..

@iwillbeanurse2012. Thanks i already took the teas test and passed. I signed up for the day class. I har its first come first serve basis...so hopefully i am at the beginning of the list. Good luck to you!!!

I applied for the April class. I am just waiting. The secretary in the medical department told me letters go out one month prior to the start date. Hopefully we can get in for the April program.

Hello All, I took the teas test and failed the first time..but after a second attempt i passed. The hardest part was the science. Yes i did purchase the ATI study guide which helped...but the science part had questions that was not related to what i studied in the book. The test was the same so i was able to focus on the area that i scored the lowest in. Which was the science. mitosis, different phases, hypotheisis, ph, dna traits, cordon chart, punett square, taxonomic system, protons, electrons, covalent bonds. states of matter...etc.. Study study and you can pass.

Wow clinicals already? I wonder if Mcfatter has the same structure?

Hi thank you for responding. Are you presently attending Mcfatter, and if so how are the classes? Anything i should do as far as getting familiar with the program (ie; books AP)? How intense are the classes? Thanks

Hello i am attempting to enroll with Mcfatter for the lpn program, the next class starts in April. I have completed all requirements, the secretary at the medical office told me they start sending out letters one month prior to the start date. I like to think i am ahead but i am sure it is a wl, but the counselor did inoform me seats where avail and its first come first serve basis. Has anyone already gone through Mcfatter for the lpn.
