US Nurse seeking job in AU or NZ
Hi everyone! I’m currently a registered nurse working in the state of New York and have had 2.5 years of experience in emergency medicine and one year is psych experience. I’m originally from Malaysia and wanted to work somewhere closer to home. Can anyone help me regarding the transition from being a nurse in the US to one in Australia or New Zealand? I’ve done some research and I know that I need to be registered with the NMBA for Australia but I’m not sure what the process is immigration wise. Any info is much appreciated ?

Any Sam Houston State University Spring 2013 prospective students out there?
Hey guys I applied for the Spring semester of 2014 at Sam houston and just got a letter in the mail today saying I got accepted but upon further reading of the letter, on the letter they gave me to reply back to them on whether I'm attending or not, it say that it's for the fall of 2014 nursing cohort 6. I'm really confused and was just wondering has anyone encountered something similar to this?

Prairie View Spring 2014 Applicants
I need some help, I took the HESI for UTH in June and thought that sending my scores through other schools was something we could do through the evolve website, so I've been delaying it until I sent in my application to the nursing school itself. But when I saw that we had to do request forms and that took 3-5 business days, it's going to be pass the due date and idk if they would still accept it after the due date even though i took the test before and I already sent it my application

Took The HESI Today...
Congrats on your score! I'm taking mine this Friday and I'm really nervous I've recently taken a&p 2, is it true that most of the questions on the anatomy section are over stuff like the cardiovascular, urinary, digestive, and endocrine systems?

Things to know for Hesi test!
How many questions were there on the anatomy portion?

Anatomy Portion on the HESI
What do you mean precise? Like the way we've learned anatomy where we have to know every minute detail? That's what I've trying to ask, I know there are 25 questions, I just wanted to know how specific those questions are
-
Has anyone made a 100 on a&p section?
I was just curious as to how specific the questions are, as in do we have to know every single name of the bones and muscles?
-
Things to know for Hesi test!
No, all the sections are limited to that the second or first time you take it. So if you did well the second time on math but not very well on the others, they will take all of those into account and not just the math and then the first three sections from the first time you took it.

Anatomy Portion on the HESI
Well what I meant by "specific" is like do we have to know all the different bone names and muscle names etc.

Anatomy Portion on the HESI
Hey guys! First things first, I just want to say that I am not starting this topic to ask you guys specific questions, because I understand that that violates the rules of the admins. That being said, I do have some questions however as to what your opinions are on the difficulty of the anatomy portion. How did you think you faired compared to when you're studying and comparing to when you were taking the actual test, was it really difficult? Also, I have just recently taken an anatomy class and I was wondering if the questions on the anatomy portion is as specific as the way I've learned anatomy in class. Thanks guys! :)
