Hello All, I haven't been posting but I have been reading all of your comments daily (I'm an observer--I don't talk much..haha).... I just wanted to say that I got the acceptance e-mail just now. I got into both the AP and on campus program! :) I am wishing luck to all of you and hope that all of you get in!!! :) Looking forward to meeting everyone!

Olddog40, Are you in your first semester? I heard the work load during the first semester is lighter? I have a 16 month old at home and I'm debating whether I can do this or not. If I'm accepted, I will be starting in August/September. I am a SAHM and my son is very needy and clingy to me! lol! I can see myself spending 4-5 hours a day away from my son and doing school work, but not any more than that. Do you think that's doable? I usually eat, take a shower, and all of that while watching my son; so I don't really need any extra time to take care of my own stuff. Plus, I have my mom helping me with dinner, and keeping up with the house! I know weekends are full clinical days so I'm already expecting that, but that's ok because he will be spending good quality time with his dad. I read on an older post that between class work and studying, you need to allocate 40+ hours a week, not including weekends. Would you agree with that statement? Hello All, I was wondering how the on campus program is like. There are are lot of threads on the AP program but not on the campus program. If anyone could help answer these questions, I believe it would be of help to many of us in this forum....For those of you who are in the program: 1-What are some of the easiest/hardest classes? 2-Are the professors competent? are the lectures/materials presented in an organized fashion and do they help with the exams (or are lectures useless and you have to study on your own)? 3-Is there a weeding out semester? If so, which semester is it and approximately how many students are held back or fail the program? 4-How is your schedule like? How many days are you in class/clinicals and how many hours do you study per day? 5-Are there students in your class with young children? If so, are they able to spend enough time with their children (enough for me is a good 6 hours a day)? Thank you so much for your help!
