If ur in cali you cant do live scan..u can only do the old fashioned way..finger printing and its really hard to find...i visited almost 10 site for that...

Orientation in the floor for 3 months?i am now working on a LTC was oriented on the floor for only 3 days!..everyday is a challenge for me especially with paper works. I am handling a station with 2 cna and 30 patients. Lucky for me my fellow nurses from other station very helpful. But i have problems with the cna. They are watching my every move and report me to supervisors.

Im a foreign grad too from phil Was rejected by cali so i decided to take nevada instead. Go to nevada board of nursing and follow the process. You can download the apps from their site too. Be sure to take an english test and reach their scores.

I have taken both ielts and toefl with different reason. Toefl is actually easier than ielts. Have you tried community colleges or adult schools in your area? They might be cost less. Have you done anything bout it already??

How long does it take? I did my live scan a week ago

I had my interview in a skilled nursing facility a week ago. Im not sure if i was hired or what, i asked the executive director if i was hired she told me they are more leaning in hiring me. I had my fingerprinting and they called my reference persons. But until now i haven't heard from them. Do u guys think i was hired or im just waiting for nothing?
