You might consider being proactive in getting some of the requirements completed just in case. I'm sure the school will cut you a break to get everything done with such little notice. If you're interested in what they are feel free to PM me and I can give you the list. Most of the major ones are various vaccines and titers, TB test, CPR card, and a physical... Good luck!!

I'm so sorry to hear that... I'm not sure where you live, but the USF BSN program in Sacramento is still taking applications for Fall 2016 and there are not very many applicants because it's a fairly new program. Chances of getting in would be very good. Good luck in whatever you decide and don't give up.

The process is all done by rank... The primary applicants were called during the week of Thanksgiving and as positions become available due to several different reasons, they are filled by the next qualified person in line. There is a lot to be completed after being initially accepted and failure to meet all the requirements such as passing the drug screen, the background check, the physical, and submiting sealed transcripts can eliminate candidates. Don't give up hope until Jan. 25th when classes start. Good luckí ½í¸Š

The only reason we are using the Facebook page is to connect and work through this process together. There is a lot of information to go through and a ton that has to be completed before the deadline. Congrats on getting accepted!!

I just checked back in to this thread... I was accepted!! They are still calling people so don't lose hope. For those of you on this thread that have been accepted, someone started a Facebook page if you'd like to join us. Good luck!

Keep in mind that some people that have accepted positions might end up declining or being unable to meet the requirements, especially the financial part. Don't give up hope... Some people last year didn't get in until January.
